The window trim on my mazda is faded and it makes my car look awful. Is it hard to install?

did you mean the vent visors? those things are stick with some kind to adhesive tape very simple to install
if not the vent visors you mean the metal thing that goes around the glass? you cant replace that because that is part of the door
take it to a shop and get it painted again
