is the bolt on the fan clutch connecting it to the water pump removed clock wise or counter clock wise and what size of wrench do i use to remove it

yes and tight kind of have to hold it with the belts on or give it a good wack... for the size guess.... you bump it hard one way and if it dont come off then try the other way man they are tight thats all helps to have the belt on
