Why won't my 1991 chrysler new yorker fifth avenue not start?

i have a 1991 chrysler new yorker fifth avenue that won't start. it was running fine and my uncle was looking for a key on wire to wire the fan to because it was not working so it was overheating.anyways so he found a wire hooked in to it and since then the car won't start.i have tried the lock and unlock thing and i have tried replacing the fuel pump. the door locks and horn won't work and it will crank for days but will turn over.

Check your fuses, take the wire off and see if it will start
