I would not expect to see a Tata anything sold in the US anytime soon. No dealer network, no parts network, no repair network, no emissions, crash or other certifications. The biggest barrier to it's sales will be that no one can make money selling it and the idea of a disposable car has tons of environmental abuse issues associated with it.
