ok so iv changed out plugs n wires and all of my coils are working fine, the sound is distinctly from the right side of the 4.8 engine, oh yea and it does come and go from time to time and only at idle.

u may jus may have a "sticking lifter one of ur lifters may be sticking i can only guess becuz u say it comes an goes i hope i was a help

They all do that.
Put a little lucas oil in the engine if you want it to go away.
