When we turn on the fan it squeals really loudly. Like a real high pitched whine that does not seem to go away. Does this man the fan needs lubricated, new belt, or what. Any direction on how I may fix this would be nice. It still works it is just really annoying.

I'm assuming you mean the blower motor and if it's loud like that it means you must replace it.It's not really hard to replace and it's done via under the hood and a few screws.
Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way I believe several models use that same blower motor and try the big auto wreckers bec they'll be much cheaper and a Haynes manual might help you a lot too.
