i had my ac on the other day quite a bit, now when i first start my car it makes a loud noise like the air's on, but it's not...it then quiets down after a few minutes....and when i have the fan set on the lowest setting it doesn't blow air out, i don't know if that has anything to do with it or not....please help!!!
