good sign your back brakes are bad thats where the adjust ment is if you have any it will be under the car or at the back brake behind the drum should see a small slot you will need a brake adjuster tool or a screwdriver if the slot is knock out no problem if its not been knock out yet good bet you need new back brakes
Vaux vectra C handbrake has allot of play, Can i adjust it. Wheres the Nut?
Recommend you check rear brakes are adjusted properly before adjusting handbrake cable. It's very rare handbrake cable needs adjusting unless it's had a new one. good luck.
