As many you want it to go!! Cars last as long as you take care of them. You have to remember it will have a cost and lexus isnt exactly cheap so depending on the treatment you give to it the more miles it will run. Even if its already dead you can make it come back to life but it will be a big amount of cash and is not recommended since a new car will be a better deal!!

Basically, I agree with Ivo Ruest. The car could go to 200K or more but it requires regular maintenance. I prefer Lexus service for my recent autos. However, as they get older there are very reliable mechanics around. Another alternative is regular oil changes, tire rotation, tune ups at your regular mechanic and the 100K stuff at Lexus.
It will ultimately boil down to the care you give it.
