If you are involved into a car accident. Both parties must report the accident to the dmv. Even if it is not your fault or both parties do not have insurance!!! When you get new insurance or renewal it will show up as a point. Then the insurance company will charge you more on your bill.

If anyone seen your car in the area with damage on it. Ho! you will pay for all this hunting for your car. Now do you see why it is best turn your self in.
