My 1987 Nissan 300zx will not start! HELP!?
I have cleaned the mass air flow meter and it wasnt it, it shakes really bad in idle, and now it wont start at all. I dont know what to do, and I really want to drive my car!!
please help!

You need to know how to work on a car if you own a 1987 vehicle.
More then likely you have a leaky injector. At first the injector only leaked enough to cause the car to miss and shake. Now one of the cylinders has so much fuel in it and the spark plugs are covered in fuel that it will not start.
Check your plugs. Dry them off. Get it running. Check each cylinder by unplugging the wire. When the car runs the same with a cylinder unhooked then you know you have found the bad one. Replace the injector and o-rings.
....or take it somewhere.

However, the 944 was most definitely produced in a US version. If you are in the United States, pretty much all 944s you will find will be US versions... and the few grey market cars will also be road legal in the US. If you are in another country, you will only have the RoW version, but this would be the version that would be legal in that country.

its very common for the main relay that controls the fuel pump and ignition on that car to fail in hot weather. the main relay is located up under the driver's side of the instrument panel. it gets a lot of heat from the sunlight coming through the windshield and heating the dash panel. that causes the circuit board in the relay to expand and break contact. when that happens the relay goes open circuit and the fuel pump won't run or you'll lose spark to the spark plugs. (the main relay is actually two relays in one and depending on where the circuit board for the relay cracks you'll lose one or the other)
there is almost a 100% failure rate on the original relays. if you've never replaced it, then I think you'll find the main relay to be the problem. the relays run about $45 at a honda dealer; you can probably replace it yourself if you're comfortable working under the dash. otherwise, add $ for installation.

Cold air intake for 98 Volvo s70 t5?
I have a 98 t5 and I want to put a cold air intake on it. But I don't see anyplace where I can route it with out having it routed under the suport beam for the motor. I have a 3in inner diameter 3 1/2in outer diameter pipe that I'm running. Can anybody help? I don't mind doing some minor cutting. I don't have the tools or the knowledge to weld anything so it can't be any major moddifications. I just need a pic or something showing where the intake is placed. Another sub question. Their is another hose that connects to the origanal air box. I don't know if it sucks or blows air. Now that hose connect to something that kind of resembles a turbo but I don't think that the turbo can be that small on it. Well Thank you for your time. NEED HELP.

It is more of a "look at me" type car than a "let's go off roading" type thing. If you have and are willing to pay the huge cost for the car, gas, lack of space, and, above all, insurance, and really want one, then go ahead. But otherwise, go for something smaller; something that makes more sense in today's world of high fuel prices.

I have read that 2005 RSX Type S got Cams,Exhaust and Throttle body bore!!!! Made 10 more horsepower and 2lbs torque only in that YEAR!! Then Revised back to 201 horses in 2006. Why only ONE YEAR?? Efficiency? What other changes or differences from 2005-2006.

I'm almost positive that the 92 civics used parallel condensors. the serpentine was used on the accords. look on the side of the condensor. if you see overlapping loops of tubing on the side where then enter and exit the condensor fins then they are in parallel. I'm pretty sure yours is a parallel condensor.

The main purpose of break-in is to seat the compression rings to the cylinder walls. We are talking about the physical mating of the engine's piston rings to it's corresponding cylinder wall. That is, we want to physically wear the new piston rings into the cylinder wall until a compatible seal between the two is achieved.
Proper engine break in will produce an engine that achieves maximum power output with the least amount of oil consumption due to the fact that the piston rings have seated properly to the cylinder wall. When the piston rings are broken in or seated, they do not allow combustion gases to escape the combustion chamber past the piston rings into the crankcase section of the engine. This lack of "blow-by" keeps your engine running cleaner and cooler by preventing hot combustion gases and by-products from entering the crankcase section of the engine. There is no 2008 G35 coupe. The newest was the 2007. The G37 is a nicer newer version of the G35. I like the G37 better.

The styling is a lot sleeker, but the G35 coupe (2007 and older) look more thicker and better. But the G37 is faster, faster than the 350Z until the 370Z comes out!!

I drive a Dodge Stratus '97.?
We have changed spark plugs, wires, and censors. But it still will not start during heavy rain, or when it's humid. If we do end up getting it started, running through a rain puddle, makes it die. Any ideas of what could be wrong? Or a way to fix this?

Hi, i have a ford contour 1999 se, and i have a problem with it. Sometimes when i start stoping at a red light my car starts shaking or trembling, and by the time i completely stop it turns off? When i turn it on again it starts in a jiffy, could someone please help?

Reply:depends on what you have under the hood...like these guys said...manual-7.3....auto-8 and change on the stock...add on a performance exhaust and intake and shave almost 1-1/2 second off in manual, 1/2-1/4 second in auto...throw on the turbonetics turbo kit and get it down to about 5 seconds manual, 6 seconds auto...its a very light car, trust me i have it...anything you put under the car helps its timing and speed...

its under the car on the right side behind the wheel .One bolt and two lines u need the gas line tool 2 take it off
